We take great care to ensure that the product photographs are an accurate representation of the jewellery. However, please be aware that completed items may differ slightly to those depicted in photographs due to the nature of photography and lighting.  

Items are hand stamped, one character at a time. Stamps will have varying degrees of depth and irregular spacing. Hand stamping is much more forceful than engraving and the impressions are much deeper. These are not considered defects.  

Once an order is made it cannot be changed.  

Orders are made exactly as is, with all spelling and grammar errors assumed to be intentional. Please spell check before ordering. Items ordered incorrectly will not be refunded or exchanged. It is your responsibility to proofread your personalisation. Should the error occur in production, we will happily offer an exchange or refund.  

I do not recommend these items are worn in water.  

Over time the black enamel may fade, this can be rectified by colouring over the letters with a permanent marker, then polishing off any excess once dried with a microfibre cloth. 

In the event you are unhappy with an un-personalised purchase, we will offer a refund (excluding postage fees). Items must be returned in their original packaging, in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refund should the item be returned damaged.  

Damage or loss during the delivery process will be covered by us.
